1. About these terms
These terms govern your business's use of SAAHB, a digital loyalty platform operated by Epic World (FZE), licence no. 3392. By creating an account or using the service you accept them on behalf of your business. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account
- You must be authorised to act for the business you register and give accurate details.
- Keep your password private and turn on two-factor authentication. You are responsible for everything done under your account and by staff you invite.
- You decide which staff can access what. Remove access promptly when someone leaves.
3. Plans and payment
Businesses choose a plan (Basic, Plus or Premium), billed monthly or yearly, before using SAAHB. Each plan has limits (for example the number of programs, customers, branches, staff and messages), shown on the Billing page. Creating more than your plan allows is refused until you upgrade.
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. If a payment fails your account enters a 7-day grace period; after that it becomes read-only until payment is made. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.
Prices are shown before you subscribe. Taxes may apply depending on your country.
4. Your customers and their data
You are responsible for the loyalty programs you run and for your relationship with your customers. For your customers' personal data you are the controller and SAAHB processes it on your behalf to run the service.
- You must have a lawful basis to collect and use your customers' details, and must follow the data-protection laws that apply to you (for example the UAE and KSA Personal Data Protection Laws and Egypt's Law No. 151 of 2020).
- Only send marketing to customers who agreed to receive it. SAAHB records each customer's consent and honours opt-outs automatically.
- Answer your customers' requests to access or delete their data. The dashboard lets you export a customer's data and delete it.
5. Messages you send
You are responsible for the content of campaigns and for following local messaging rules, including sender registration (for example TDRA in the UAE and CST in Saudi Arabia), approved WhatsApp templates and opt-out handling. SAAHB holds promotional SMS and WhatsApp during your quiet hours and stops messages to customers who opt out, but these tools do not replace your own compliance.
6. Wallets, payments and other providers
Some features rely on third parties: Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, Stripe (payments and online sales), Twilio (SMS and WhatsApp) and email delivery providers. Their own terms apply to their services. If a provider is unavailable or rejects a request, SAAHB shows the failure rather than pretending it succeeded, but we cannot guarantee their availability.
7. Gift cards, memberships and online sales
If you sell gift cards or paid memberships, you are the seller. You are responsible for your prices, refunds, expiry rules and any consumer-protection or stored-value rules in your country. Online payments are processed by Stripe on your own connected Stripe account; SAAHB may charge a platform fee only if it is shown to you before you start selling.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use SAAHB for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, or to send spam;
- impersonate another business or upload content you have no right to use;
- try to access other businesses' data, probe or attack the service, or get around plan limits or security controls;
- resell the service without our written agreement.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
9. Your content and our platform
You keep ownership of your data, logos and designs. You allow us to use them only to provide the service to you. We own the SAAHB software, brand and documentation.
10. Changes and availability
We work to keep SAAHB available and secure but do not promise uninterrupted service unless a separate service-level agreement is signed. We may improve or change features; if a change significantly reduces what you pay for, we will tell you in advance.
11. Ending the agreement
You can stop using SAAHB at any time and cancel your plan from Billing. Before you leave, export the data you need. We may end or suspend the service for serious or repeated breach of these terms or for non-payment. After an account closes, data is deleted according to the retention periods described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Liability
To the extent the law allows, SAAHB is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for failures of third-party providers. Our total liability will be limited to an amount to be confirmed in the final version of these terms. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Governing law
The governing law and the courts that resolve disputes will be set out in the final version of these terms.
